Virtual Staging & Design Consultation
Our Virtual Consultation service can be done via Skype, Zoom, or Facetime. This service will help you start your project or answer any questions to help you get unstuck. With this service, we can either focus on one room, or we can go through the entire home. We will make suggestions on how to improve your room(s) with the arrangement of furniture, interior and exterior colors, lighting, and updating your existing home accessories and furnishings. This service is designed to give you all the objective and expert advice you need to do the work yourself in the form of a detailed report.
Redesign Consultation
This is a great service for someone who just moved into a new home and wants direction on how to tackle their new space. This service is also great for those who just want a new look for their current home. We will work anywhere in your house focusing on one room or the entire home. Yours choice! Each project is unique and will require different tasks and time. Tasks could include rearranging furniture, selecting paint colors, hanging artwork or just getting organized. After the 2 hours are up, our clients have the opportunity to move forward with our full design services
Airbnb | Vacation Rental Consultation
In this intensive in-home consultation, we will be using a detailed customized staging/design report to write down everything that needs to be done to get your rental the best price possible! We follow an 8-step process that ensures maxim return on your investment (ROI) for every staging/design dollar spent.
Staging Consultation
A Command Staging and Design consultant will meet with the home seller(s), real estate agent, or home builder(s) to go over the process, the budget, and review the home. During this time we will be taking lots of pictures, diagrams, and measurements as well as brainstorming on every furniture piece, accessory, and detail needed to complete the home.
